📚 For Students & Early Career Folks

I built this platform to make tech recruiting less gatekept. Everything I know is free in my content.

How to get the most value:

• Drop questions in my latest reel. I do public Q&A in the comments after work. It helps everyone, not just you.
• Turn on story + reels notifications. I post daily recruiting insights and interview prep.

My DMs are open.

I genuinely like talking to people in this community. That said, I’m one person with a full-time SWE job, and some weeks life gets overwhelming. Hundreds of DMs come in daily, and I can’t respond to all of them.

Here’s what helps me prioritize (and get back to you faster):

• If you’ve contributed to the community (shared a job link in comments, posted a timeline update, flagged useful intel), I’ll remember your name. That goodwill matters when my inbox is overflowing.
• If you’re sending something that helps others (job posting, event link, process update, recruiter intel, a success story I can amplify), you’ll likely hear back faster. Info I can share outward benefits everyone.
• If you have a quick question, try the comments first. I answer those publicly so more people benefit, and it helps me spot patterns in what people need.

This isn’t a rigid system. It’s just how I naturally triage when I’m slammed. The people who show up for the community tend to be the ones I can show up for in return.

What I can't help with individually:

Resume reviews, referrals, “quick questions,” and 1:1 advice calls. I physically can’t scale that. Everything I’d tell you is already in my content or Reels comment sections. I’m not being dismissive. I’m being honest about bandwidth.
